Working with importer Vela di Natura, Fass did the strategic planning, marketing and setting up of a national broker network for Fresh & Company's "Next Juices."  In the first 6 months of 2005, these award-winning, all natural European juices are already on sale in approximately 800 stores
Hired by Linen N Things, a specialty home furnishings store with over 500 branches, Fass assisted in the creation of LNT's program into full specialty food areas ("shop within a shop") in select pilot stores. Fass was involved in the design of fixtures, layouts, signage, marketing, vendor selection and product assortment.

Fass is working the owners of "Blue Inn on the Beach" on Plum Island, Massachusetts. He is responsible for the creation, concept, design, menu-planning, for two new restaurants on the Island, plus a gourmet and wine shop. Fass supervised the creation of numerous Private Label projects including Bloomingdales, Macy's. Saks Fifth Ave, Ferrara Foods, Jimmy's BBQ, and Fatty Crab Restaurants.
